Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Game on Meta Quest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this ToS, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms provided.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or transfer this license to others.

3. User Content and Sharing

While the Game allows you to share content created within the Game (e.g., achievements or gameplay videos), you may not modify, reverse-engineer, or otherwise create derivative works from the Game itself. All shared content must comply with this ToS and applicable laws.

4. Virtual Currency: Vox

"Vox" (the "Credits") are the virtual currency used within Color A Cube and may be used to purchase virtual items, extra game content, or other in-game enhancements (collectively, "Virtual Items"). By acquiring or using Credits, you agree to the following terms:

• Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
• No Real-World Value: Credits are a virtual item and have no equivalent value in real-world currency. Credits cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into real-world money, goods, or services.
• Final Transactions: All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• No Transfers: Credits may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or exchanged between users or accounts, and any attempt to do so is strictly prohibited.

5. In-App Purchases

The Game includes optional in-app purchases on the Meta Horizon Store for acquiring more content or Credits. These transactions are governed by Meta.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the Game's mechanics or functionality.
• Use any automated systems, bots, or unauthorized third-party software in connection with the Game.
• Engage in any conduct that we deem disruptive or harmful to the Game's ecosystem.

7. Frequent Updates

The Game is released in early access and will be subject to frequent updates. Features, mechanics, and content may be added, modified, or removed as part of ongoing development.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

By using the Game, you acknowledge that we may collect and process your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes data collected through third-party services integrated into the Game.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

We disclaim all liability for:

• Data Loss or Service Interruptions: We are not responsible for lost progress, interruptions to gameplay, or data corruption.
• Third-Party Services: We are not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms, networks, or services integrated into the Game.

10. Support

Support for the Game is primarily provided through our Discord channel and via email at info@altereyes.com. Response times may vary.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at our discretion if you violate this ToS or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your rights to use the Game, in-game currency, and purchased content will cease.

12. Governing Law

This ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Applicable Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13. Amendments

We may update this ToS at any time. Continued use of the Game following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
